COMPETITION RULES AND REGULATIONS
"Advent Calendar"
§1 General Provisions
1.1. These Rules and Regulations (“Rules”) set out the rules and conditions for conducting and participating in the competition “Advent Calendar”(„Competition”).
1.2. The Organizer of the Competition is Wall Art limited liability company with its registered office in with its registered office in Wrocław at 4 Ćwiczebna Street, entered in the register of the District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna in Wrocław, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under KRS number 0000692480, NIP 8952156363, REGON 368131961, share capital: PLN 5,000.PLN 5,000 („The Organizer is not liable for the inability to collect the prize or any difficulties in collecting it for reasons attributable to the winner.”).
1.3. The Organizer is the sponsor of the prizes in the Competition.
1.4. The Competition runs The Competition runs from 30 November 2025 to 24 December 2025
§2 Competition Participants
2.1. Subject to section 2.2 and 2.3 subject to the provisions below, any natural person who, on the date on the date the Competition begins, meets all of the following conditions:
2.2. The Competition may not be entered by employees, former employees, associates, or
representatives of the Organizer and other entities directly involved in preparation and conducting the Competition.
2.3. Competition Participants may also not be familymembers family members (up to the second degree of kinship) persons indicated in section 2.2 above.
2.4. A Competition Participant may act only personally and may not be represented by another person.
2.5. A Participant’s breach of the Rules and Regulations:

3.4. A Participant may win a prize in the Competition only once.
3.7. Participation in the Competition is entirely voluntary, free of charge and does not entail any additional costs.

4.1. §4 Selection of winnersAnnouncement of the Kwinners ompetition will take placevia social media in the form of a post every day from 1 December 2025 to 24 December 2025 at 12:10 p.m., withuthrough the profilesy /pages the Organizer’s profiles on Facebook and and Instagram, tagged in posts announcing the results will be

4.3. immediately after the Competition results are announced. The condition for receiving:
4.4telephone numberThe provision of false or incomplete information by the winner referred to in section 4.3, point 1 above,
will constitute grounds for refusing to award the prize.
5.1. §5 Prizes
5.2One prize is provided for each day for the winners: a circular wallpaper featuring the design that was the answer to that day’s riddle.
5.3The winner may not transfer the right to receive the prize to third parties.
5.4. The Organizer is not liable for the inability to collect the prize or any difficulties in collecting it for reasons attributable to the winner. The Organizer notprovides for awardingand awards.
5.5. The prizes cannot be exchanged for their cash equivalent or for prizes of another type.
5.6. The prizes will be awarded in accordance with the applicable tax laws..
5.7The prize will be delivered within 3 days of providing the shipping details.
§ 6 Personal data protection
6.1. Entering the Competition constitutes the Participant’s consent to
processing their personal data for the purpose of conducting the Competition.
6.2. The Controller of the personal data of the Competition participants is the Organizer.
6.3. In matters concerning personal data protection, please contact the Data Protection Officer at

6.4. Personal data will be processed solely for purposes directly related to the Competition, i.e. to select the Competition winners and for purposes related to conducting the Competitionu and distributing the prizes, as well as fulfilling the legal obligations imposed on the Controller, maintaining financial records, exercising other legally justified interests of the Controller, in including the determination, pursuing or defending claims and planning marketing activities and sales.
6.5. Providing personal data is voluntary but necessary to distribute the prizes and consider any potential complaints. Individuals providing personal data have the right to access their data, correct it, request its deletion, and request that its processing cease.
6.6. The period for processing personal data depends on the purpose for which the data is processed. The period for which personal data will be stored is calculated based on the following criteria:
•the duration of the contract,
•legal provisions that may oblige us to process data for a specified period,
•the period necessary to defend our interests.
6.7. To the extent that data is processed on the basis of consent, the competition Participant has the right to withdraw consent to the processing of data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal. Consent may be withdrawn by sending a statement of withdrawal of consent to our correspondence address or email address.
6.8. Every User has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of personal data violates the GDPR. In Poland, this is the President of the Personal Data Protection Office.
§7 Complaints
7.1. Participants may submit any complaints concerning the Competition electronically to
biuro@wallart.com.pl or by post to the following address of the Organizer: 4 Ćwiczebna Street, 51-180 Wrocław.
7.2. The complaint should contain information enabling identification of the Participant, as well as an indication of the reasons and grounds for its submission.
7.3. Complaints are considered within 14 days of the date they are submitted by email or by post, in accordance with the method by which the complaint was received.
§8 Final Provisions.
8.1. The Competition does not constitute gambling, including a game of chance, within the meaning of the Act of 19 November 2009 on gamblinggambling (consolidated text: Journal of Laws of 2023, item 227).
8.2. The Organizer is the promisor of the prize within the meaning of Article 919 § 1 Civil Code.
8.3.The Regulations are available on the Organizer’s website.
8.4. The Regulations constitute the sole basis for conducting the Competition and define the rights and its obligations Uparticipants.
8.5. In matters not regulated by the Regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code and other generally applicable laws.
8.6.The competition is not created, administered, or sponsored by the Facebook service. The facebook.com service bears no responsibility for any activities related to organizing the competition on the service.
8.7. The competition is not created, administered, or sponsored by the Instagram service. The instagram.com service bears no responsibility for any activities related to organizing the competition on the service.
8.8. The applicable law for all legal relationships arising in connection with the organization and participation in KPolish law applies to the competition.
8.9. The Regulations apply from on 30 November.2025
