We always produce our custom-made wallpaper to individual order, sized to the customer’s wall. We print the wallpaper cut to the specified dimensions. We leave only an extra 2.5 cm on the outermost left and right panels across the wallpaper’s width, and 5 cm in height.

We offer 9 different materials. They can be divided according to their installation method into self-adhesive materials and classic materials applied with wallpaper paste. Self-adhesive materials: laminated self-adhesive vinyl – EXTREME. Materials applied with wallpaper paste: non-woven-backed vinyl with stucco/concrete/linen/brush/craft/rustic textures, and mesh-backed vinyl – Concrete – AQUA ZONE, a material designed for wet areas such as showers.

We produce circle- and arch-shaped wallpaper on one dedicated material—self-adhesive textured vinyl, Canvas Sticker, with a canvas texture. This product cannot be made on any other material. Circle- and arch-shaped wallpaper is eligible for exchanges and returns.

Yes, the material intended for bathrooms is vinyl on mesh – Concrete – AQUA ZONE, a material designed for wet areas inside the shower. The AQUA ZONE system is a complete solution sold as a set with all the necessary products: waterproofing, adhesive, wallpaper on waterproof material, and a two-component exterior sealant. Information on wall preparation and installation instructions can be found on the website under Download/Instructions.

Yes, they are suitable for use in damp areas, but not directly inside a shower or beside a bathtub adjacent to the wall. They can be used in kitchens, between cabinets, by a washbasin, near a toilet, etc.  

Yes, the recommended material for kitchens is laminated self-adhesive vinyl—EXTREME—because it is 100% waterproof and resistant to washing and scrubbing with chemical cleaners and the abrasive side of a sponge. It withstands high temperatures and humidity. Grease stains can be washed off just like from tiles, and it requires no additional protection with either glass or Lacobel—for induction and electric cooktops. For gas cooktops, we recommend protecting the wallpaper with glass.

Yes, the recommended material for applying to furniture is laminated self-adhesive vinyl – EXTREME, as it is 100% waterproof and resistant to washing and scrubbing with chemical cleaning products and the abrasive side of a sponge. It is easy to apply and perfectly suited for use on all flat surfaces.

Such a material is self-adhesive laminated vinyl—EXTREME—because it is 100% waterproof and resistant to washing and scrubbing with chemical cleaners or the abrasive side of a sponge. You can even remove marker or nail polish from it with solvent without damaging the wallpaper’s colors.

Traditional wallpapers are installed using wallpaper paste, feature beautiful textures, and are applied edge to edge—they are trimmed during production. Self-adhesive wallpapers are very easy, quick, and clean to apply. They have their own adhesive, so no additional installation materials or specialist contractor are required. Anyone can install them themselves by following the instructions included with the wallpaper and the instructional video available on our YouTube channel. Self-adhesive wallpapers have a 2 cm overlap, and we recommend installing them with the overlap. The overlap can be trimmed during installation using a double cut, followed by removing the excess material. Wallpapers designed for use with paste are made from non-woven, non-shrink materials. Vinyl wallpapers are made from 100% vinyl and can shrink by up to 2 mm. We do not recommend trimming the overlap in kitchens or bathrooms.

Wallpapers are produced in equal-width panels, with the fewest possible number of strips based on the customer’s wall dimensions, each measuring 100–130 cm wide at most. The height is always the stated room height plus an additional 5 cm.

Wallpapers in standard rolls are always 100 cm wide and 300 cm high.

Round wallpapers have a maximum diameter of 130 cm. The wallpaper can be made smaller to order, but this does not reduce the price. We do not produce round wallpapers larger than 130 cm, as this would require joining pieces and using an overlap, which we believe is a less aesthetically pleasing solution than installing the wallpaper in a single piece.

Unfortunately, no. Eco-friendly printing technology does not allow us to print with metallic inks, so gold, silver, and copper colors are created as prints in shades that resemble gold, silver, and copper. The effect looks different on each design—especially in the Arte collection—so we recommend ordering samples to avoid disappointment.

The calculator shows how many m² of wallpaper we need to produce to cover the submitted wall dimensions, taking into account the width of the material we print on. We calculate the wall width × height and round the result up to the nearest full m² of wallpaper. After production, the wallpaper is trimmed to the ordered dimensions, leaving a small margin in both height and width.

Yes, Canon UVgel printing is Ecologo certified, and the materials also have B1 and M1 certifications, as well as hygienic certifications.

You can crop straight walls with maximum dimensions of 500 × 300 cm yourself using the custom wallpaper configurator available with each design. If the wall is larger or contains openings/slopes, contact us and our graphic designers will prepare cropping suggestions for the design. Wallpaper in standard-size rolls is not eligible for the cropping service, which is why it has a lower price per m².

Individual device settings may cause differences between the product visualization on the Customer’s computer and the product’s actual appearance (color, proportions, etc.). This is not grounds for a complaint. To check the actual colors, order samples and view them in the intended installation location. Factors such as the color of the light and the interior finishes in the target room affect how the color is perceived.

Yes, we currently make color changes to designs free of charge. For one wall, we offer one free custom design based on a pattern selected by the Customer from our range. As part of the free design service:

• we prepare 1 custom design and send a set of up to 3 samples
  
• we make up to 2 free revisions to the same design, including a set of samples for each revision.
  

Any color change to a design before production must be approved based on physical samples.

Most changes to the artwork requested by customers are possible—if you have an idea for modifying a design, contact us by email or via the form. For one wall, we offer one free custom design based on a design selected by the customer from our collection. As part of the free design service:

• we prepare 1 custom design and send a package of up to 3 samples
  
• we make up to 2 free revisions to the same design, along with a sample package for each revision.

Yes, we currently provide this type of design service free of charge. We try to match the specified RAL/NCS color, but due to the production technology, the wallpaper color will not be identical to the one in the color chart. For one wall, we offer one free custom design based on a pattern selected by the Customer from our range. As part of the free design service:

• we prepare 1 custom design and send a package of up to 3 samples
  
• we make up to 2 free revisions of the same pattern (including a sample package for each revision).
  

Any color change to the pattern before production should be approved based on physical samples.

The standard dimensions of our made-to-measure wallpapers are 500 × 300 cm. When dealing with a wall that exceeds these dimensions, we need to check whether the pattern you have chosen can be “stretched” without compromising its quality. If this is not possible, a graphic designer may try to extend the image using graphic design software. The designer will then assess the level of difficulty and the time required for the modification. We also, of course, consider all technical requests you send us to be individual projects—from colour changes to removing, moving, or even adding various elements of the pattern.

When you order wallpaper from us, you can independently crop a section of it in the product configurator. Alternatively, you can receive product cards from us with proposed crops of the pattern you selected. This makes it easier to imagine how the wallpaper will look on your wall. As part of the design process, you are entitled to three free crop revisions, meaning you can shift the pattern or choose the section you would like to appear on your wall. However, any change to the pattern itself is a technical modification and may extend the project turnaround time.

Currently, custom designs for patterns from our collection, including two revisions, are free of charge. The third and subsequent revisions are subject to an additional fee. All changes to customers’ own designs are also subject to a fee.

Our arch- and circle-shaped wallpapers come in standard dimensions (130 cm in diameter for circles, 130 x 250 cm for arches) with crops selected by our graphic designers. If you would like to order an arch or circle featuring a different section of the wallpaper or change its dimensions, please contact us. We will prepare a custom design.

Yes. Please remember that the photo you purchase or provide should be of the highest possible quality. Not sure whether it is good enough? Send it to us, and we’ll check whether it is suitable for large-format printing.

Shipping costs depend on the order value, selected shipping method, and location. Detailed information can be found in the “Shipping and payment” section.

Production lead times:

Custom-sized wallpaper – standardly 10 business days from payment of the order and approval of the visualisation prepared to the customer’s wall dimensions. Production can be expedited with an express service, guaranteeing dispatch within 4 business days of approving the visualisation prepared to the customer’s wall dimensions, for an additional fee of 30% of the order value.

Wallpaper in standardised rolls – standardly 5 business days from payment of the order and selection of the strip numbers from the chosen design.

Round and arch-shaped wallpaper – the standard lead time is 3 business days.

Samples – shipped every Monday and Thursday, or on the next business day if Monday or Thursday is a public holiday.

Custom-sized rugs – standardly 28 business days from payment of the order and approval of the visualisation prepared according to the dimensions ordered by the customer.

Yes, once your package has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that you can use to check the current status of your shipment.

We ship orders throughout the European Union, to the United Kingdom, and to Canada. It is possible to arrange shipping to locations other than those listed; such orders should be placed by email at office@wallart.eu, after which you should wait for a quote for shipping costs to the specified destination.

Shipping to locations outside the European Union, the United Kingdom, and Canada may involve customs duties payable upon receipt of the order, in accordance with the regulations of the buyer’s country.

For standard products and custom-made wallpapers where the Customer prepared the pattern cropping themselves in the configurator, the lead time starts from the moment the order is paid for. For custom-made wallpapers that require our team to prepare product sheets with a cropping proposal, the lead time starts from the moment the order is paid for and the selected product sheet is approved.

Once the design proof for the wallpaper, fabric, or rug has been approved, the order is sent to production, and changes or cancellation are no longer possible.

Yes, you can do so at our showroom at 4 Ćwiczebna Street in Wrocław.

Orders from the store are shipped directly to the customer. Orders placed through distributors may be shipped to the distributor.

Shipping by DPD and InPost courier is available within Poland, as well as personal collection at the company’s premises. We do not offer cash on delivery. International shipments are sent via DPD, DHL, or FedEx.

Available payment methods in the online store include bank transfer, debit and credit card payments, Apple Pay, PayNow, PayPo, and PayPal. At the brick-and-mortar store at 4 Ćwiczebna Street in Wrocław, you can also pay by card or cash.

All our products are made to order and are produced only after the order has been paid for. Cash on delivery is available only for our outlet products, as well as chemicals and accessories, at our studio in Wrocław.

Yes, we issue VAT invoices. Simply provide your invoicing details when placing your order.

No, we do not offer installation of purchased products. However, we recommend installers certified by us. The full list can be found under For Customers > Installers.

All our wallpapers include installation instructions, so they can be installed yourself. For wallpapers in the Aqua Zone system, we recommend using a certified installer.

On our Facebook page, you will find a detailed instructional video showing, step by step, how to install and remove self-adhesive wallpaper. Installation instructions are included with every wallpaper. Self-adhesive wallpaper is the only material we install with an overlap. The overlap protects the wall from water by ensuring a watertight seal where the wallpaper panels meet. The 100% vinyl material provides very high resistance to mechanical damage; however, due to the production process, it can shrink by up to 1 mm. The overlap can be removed using the double-cutting technique. We recommend this solution only for designs with a light background and in rooms where the wallpaper will not be exposed to water, such as bathrooms and kitchens. The overlap is more visible on light, uniform designs, such as ombre, than on dark, richly detailed designs. Its visibility depends on many factors, including the room’s natural and artificial lighting. Light directed at the walls emphasizes the overlap, while lighting directed away from the walls draws attention away from it.

If you have any doubts, we recommend ordering a sample and asking us to prepare two pieces so that you can check how visible the overlap is. If there is no functional need to choose self-adhesive material, for better visual results in living rooms and bedrooms, we recommend using more decorative, textured non-woven-backed vinyl wallpapers designed for butt-jointed installation.

Paste-the-wall wallpapers are prepared for butt-joint installation as standard.

All wallpapers prepared for butt-joint installation as standard can be prepared for double-cut installation. This does not incur an additional fee, but it must be requested before approving the custom-size visualization.

Laminated self-adhesive wallpapers are always prepared for overlapping installation, which prevents the wallpaper drops from separating. 100% vinyl is the only shrinkable material.

Yes, each order includes installation instructions and a visualization showing the division into panels/strips.

Adhesive for heavy-duty textured vinyl wallpaper on non-woven backing should be used. For our wallpapers, we recommend Wallfix Extreme adhesive.

Under applicable law and our terms and conditions, custom-made wallpapers, fabrics, made-to-measure rugs, and made-to-order products cannot be returned or exchanged for another product. An exception to this rule is the customer’s right to take advantage of the satisfaction guarantee for custom-made wallpapers.

Products such as wallpapers in circular or arched shapes, as well as wallpapers from the outlet section, may be returned.

If, for any reason, the wallpaper you receive does not meet your aesthetic or quality expectations, you may exchange it once for any other design from our collection within 14 days of receiving your order. Details and terms for using the Guarantee can be found in the promotion regulations. To use the guarantee, you must return the wallpaper to us undamaged and previously uninstalled.

For non-personalized products (Round Wallpaper, Arch Wallpaper), you have the right to return the goods within 14 days of receiving the shipment. To return a product, contact us and complete the return form.

Yes, it is possible to exchange the product. To do so, please contact our customer service department.

We process complaints within 14 days of receiving the report.

If you received a damaged product, contact us as soon as possible and include photos of the damage.

Yes, you can order a set of 3 samples. The samples are in A3 format. They include a reduced view of the entire design and a 1:1 fragment. You can order a wallpaper sample at a 1:1 scale by providing the final wallpaper dimensions with your order, for an additional fee. You can choose any 3 designs printed on 3 different materials. The set costs PLN 69, including courier delivery. Samples can be ordered through our store or by email. Only a sample can serve as the basis for a color complaint, and it must be no older than 14 days from the date the wallpaper was ordered. More information can be found in the Samples tab and the terms and conditions.
