PERSONAL DATA WE COLLECT
When you visit wallart.com.pl or wallart.com.pl and wallart.eu, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies installed on your device. In addition, while browsing the Website, we collect information about the individual web pages or products you view, which websites or search terms referred you to the Website, and information about how you use the Website. We call this automatically collected information “Device Information.”

We use the Order Information we collect to fulfill all orders placed through the website (including processing payment information, arranging shipment, and providing invoices and/or order confirmations). In addition, we use this order information for the following purposes:

We use the Device Information we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, the IP address) and, more generally, to improve and optimize our website (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the website and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).

Use of the website requires processing the customer's personal data to the following extent: .... (e.g., first and last name, telephone number, email address, residential address, etc.). Wall Art will process the data to the extent necessary to conclude and perform the agreement. Transaction data, including personal data, may be transferred to PayNow to the extent necessary to process payment for the order. The customer has the right to access the content of their data and correct it. Providing the data is voluntary, but at the same time necessary to use the website.

As described above, we use your personal data to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications that we believe may interest you.
