- Delivery of products other than wallpaper – PLN 35 per package weighing up to 20 kg
- Chemicals are always shipped in a separate package with a separately charged shipping cost to prevent damage to the wallpaper during installation and potential damage to the chemicals

The guarantee applies to made-to-measure and custom-made products which, under generally applicable law, are not subject to exchange or return, as well as standardized products. The guarantee covers made-to-measure wallpaper, wallpaper in standardized strips, and wallpaper in the form of circles and arches. The guarantee allows anyone to exchange purchased wallpaper for another product within 14 days of receiving the order. To use the guarantee, the purchased, complete product must be returned in its original packaging, must not have been installed on the wall, and must show no signs of use.
To request an exchange under the guarantee, contact us by email at biuro@wallart.com.pl and provide
the collection address for the courier.
The guarantee is a promise that the product can be exchanged if it does not meet the customer's visual or any other expectations.
1. In accordance with Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a consumer who has concluded a distance contract or a contract outside the business premises may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and without incurring any costs. Accordingly, products that have not been personalised by the customer, such as circular and arched wallpapers, are eligible for returns.
2. Until the product card has been approved, it is possible to cancel an order that has been placed and paid for. To do so, you must withdraw from the contract by email at biuro@wallart.com.pl by providing the order details and the refund details—the address and bank account number.
3. After the product card has been approved, it is still possible to cancel the order; however, 50% of its value will be refunded.
4. We refund the funds to the bank account within 7 business days from the time the refund details are provided, or, in the case of purchases made against a VAT invoice, from the time the invoice correction is approved.
5. If the Customer provides incomplete or incorrect details, or if extraordinary circumstances arise through no fault of the Store, the Store reserves the right to refuse to process the order without giving any reason. The amount paid will be refunded within 7 days to the account from which the transfer was made.
