Siesta is a charming yet stylish depiction of two French bulldogs and a curious cat peeking around the corner. The pattern’s background is understated, featuring shades of beige, gray, and white, with subtle distressed effects and textures that give the whole design a lightly aged, rustic character. Siesta is a perfect choice for spaces that could use a touch of humor and warmth. In a living room, it can serve as an eye-catching accent, especially in interiors decorated in Scandinavian, boho, or rustic styles. Its muted colors and playful subject matter make it suitable for both minimalist and more eclectic arrangements.
The pattern was created by Grażyna Sieczyńska, an artist from the Tri-City area fascinated by feminine beauty and nature. Three themes dominate her work: happiness, peace, and freedom. They are all united by a monochromatic beige color palette with a distinctive white distressed effect. Her works have been exhibited in Poland, as well as in Paris and Venice.
