Aires is a dynamic, vibrant composition centered around a classic marble sculpture of a head. The bust, featuring classically defined facial features, is rendered realistically while simultaneously integrated into an abstract, colorful background. It is difficult to look away from the Aires background, filled with a variety of textures and painting techniques. Delicate paint splatters, subtle color gradients, and intense, thick brushstrokes create a rich, multilayered surface. Aires combines elements of classical art with a modern, abstract approach. The design is full of energy and life, drawing the eye and encouraging viewers to pause and explore its details. Its intense colors and dynamic form make it ideal for modern interiors, where it can serve as a striking decorative focal point, adding artistic expression and character to the space.
The design was created by Piotr Wojtecki, a designer, graphic artist, and painter who currently lives in Łódź. He graduated from the Faculty of Graphic Design at the Academy of Fine Arts in Poznań. He creates paintings and art objects in the style of geometric abstraction. He is inspired by modernist architecture, street art, and graffiti, which he has been involved with since his youth. His works are held in private collections in Poland and abroad, including in Switzerland, Germany, the Netherlands, and Sweden.
