Monika Fedorowicz Collection
A graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Katowice, her studio combines interior design with the creation of exceptional paintings using her own, completely unique technique. Each work is created from hundreds of tiny pieces of paper, hand-torn and assembled into a three-dimensional structure. This process requires time, attention, and intuition—because you can never tear paper the same way twice, nor arrange the pieces in the same configuration.
Her works balance between mosaic and collage, creating a subtle, organic space full of nuances, chiaroscuro, and rhythm. Each painting is the result of a dialogue between the material and the artist, and the clash of textures and directions of paper fibers leads to unexpected, one-of-a-kind effects.
By creating these compositions, he offers viewers a fragment of his own sensitivity—believing that in these three-dimensional arrangements they will find peace, harmony, and a place to pause. This is art that invites closeness, the contemplation of detail, and the discovery of the beauty of patiently constructed space.
