Mire presents an abstract composition with a clear division into two parts: the upper, reminiscent of the texture of old, worn paper or rusty sheet metal, and the lower, dominated by deep black. The unifying element is a dense network of thin, white lines that create an intricate pattern. Mire's modern and geometric character, combined with dark colors and gold, creates the effect of a sensual, three-dimensional mural. It's a great choice for contemporary interiors, especially those decorated in an industrial or minimalist style.
The author of the pattern is Katarzyna Miernik-Staszelis. An artist who has always lived and worked in Wrocław, she also graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at the Wrocław University of Science and Technology. She has been successfully working professionally in interior design for over twenty years, and her greatest passion is painting. She creates paintings not only as an expression of creative expression but also for specific interior design. She has created a unique space for art in Wrocław called "Niegaleria," which is neither a design studio, nor a gallery, nor a painting studio, nor a showroom, yet simultaneously encompasses all of them.
