Thanks to uniform dimensions and repeatable patterns, installation is smooth, and the final result is perfectly cohesive. Begin by marking a vertical plumb line so that the first strip is applied perfectly straight—this ensures an attractive connection between subsequent sheets.
Apply the adhesive evenly to the wall or to the strip of wallpaper (in accordance with the material’s instructions), then position the roll from the top, smoothing it with a squeegee to remove air bubbles. The standard format makes it easier to align the pattern, while precise trimming of the edges helps achieve a professional result. Installing wallpaper in rolls does not require specialized tools—just a utility knife, a squeegee, and a little patience to give your wall a completely new character.

§ 7. Gwarancja i reklamacje
- Na zakupiony towar udzielana jest gwarancja - 2 lata od daty zakupu.
- Gwarancja obejmuje samoczynne odklejanie się tapety od prawidłowo przygotowanego podłoża dla tapet samoprzylepnych laminowanych, w tym rolowanie na krawędziach.
- Dla tapet z winylu samoprzylepnego laminowanego kurczliwość na poziomie do 3 mm jest elementem naturalnym i nie podlega gwarancji, o ile nie powoduje oderwania większych elementów tapety od ściany.
- Gwarancja obejmuje również samoczynną utratę koloru wyższą niż 5% w stosunku do koloru w dniu montażu.
- Gwarancja na produkt nie obejmuje montażu oraz uszkodzeń powstałych podczas montażu np. rozdarcia, przetarcia, zarysowania, rozciągnięcia materiału czy nieprawidłowego pasowania brytów.
- Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń mechanicznych tapet w postaci rys, dziur w tapecie i ścianie.
- Gwarancja nie obejmuje uszkodzeń mechanicznych powstałych w wyniku szorowania i używania detergentów dla materiału flizelina gładka i winyle na flizelinie. Jedyny materiał odporny na szorowanie to winyl samoprzylepny laminowany.
- Reklamacje należy składać na adres mailowy reklamacje@wallart.com.pl
- W przypadku wadliwych towarów lub błędów w realizacji zamówienia, Sklep gwarantuje ich wymianę na towar nieuszkodzony lub właściwy w terminie 7 dni roboczych od uznania reklamacji.
- Produkty będące przedmiotem reklamacji powinny być odesłane w opakowaniu gwarantującym dobre zabezpieczenie przed ewentualnym uszkodzeniem w transporcie. Rekomendowane jest oznaczenie paczki adnotacją dotyczącą przyczyny reklamacji. Po pozytywnym rozpatrzeniu reklamacji koszty odesłania paczki zostaną zwrócone.
- Nieuzasadnione reklamacje, uszkodzenia wynikające z niewłaściwego użytkowania towaru nie będą brane pod uwagę. Wszelkie koszty związane z tego typu przypadkami pokrywa Kupujący.
- Akceptacja karty produktowej oznacza ostateczne potwierdzenie wyglądu, ułożenia, rozmiaru i proporcji wzoru, a także potwierdzenia wybranego materiału, techniki przygotowania łączeń pomiędzy pasami tapety oraz podziału wzoru na bryty.
- Reklamacje złożone ze względu na treść zamówienia (np. materiał, wzór, rozmiar, sposób montażu) po zaakceptowaniu karty produktowej nie będą uwzględniane.
- Każda tapeta przed aplikacją na ścianie powinna być sprawdzona na powierzchni płaskiej - pasowanie koloru, łączeń i wzoru z uwzględnieniem zakładki - dla tapet na winylu samoprzylepnym laminowanym. Reklamacje złożone po naklejeniu na ścianę, z pominięciem elementu sprawdzenia tapety na powierzchni płaskiej nie będą uwzględniane. Montaż jest jednoznaczny z akceptacją technicznego i wizualnego stanu produktu. W przypadku niepasujących wzorów lub kolorów pomiędzy brytami reklamacje należy składać przed aplikacją na ścianę - poprzez zrobienie zdjęć wysłanie na adres mailowy na reklamacje@wallart.com.pl
- Nie produkujemy tapet metalizowanych. Kolor złota, srebrna i miedzi jest kolorem wydrukowanym, czyli imitującym kolor złota, srebra i miedzi.
- Jakiekolwiek przesyłki wysyłane na koszt Wall Art Sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu nie będą odbierane.
- Indywidualne ustawienia urządzenia końcowego mogą powodować różnice pomiędzy wizualizacją produktu na komputerze Klienta, a rzeczywistym wyglądem produktu (kolor, proporcje itp.). Nie jest to podstawą reklamacji.
- Klient ma prawo zamówić próbkę, aby sprawdzić fakturę materiału, kolor oraz jakość grafiki. Próbka A3 pokazuje ogólny wygląd (ułożenie i proporcje) wzoru w pomniejszeniu dla rozmiaru 3x4m lub 3x5m dla kolekcji od 2021r, ściany oraz fragment 1:1 dla 3x4 m lub 3x5m dla kolekcji od 2021r. Istnieje możliwość zamówienia próbki w 1:1 dla docelowego rozmiaru ściany, na wyraźne zamówienie klienta. Próbka jest jedynie fragmentem docelowej tapety, która jest muralem (nie wzorem powtarzalnym). Nie ma możliwości, aby próbka zawierała cały wzór, na całą ścianę w skali 1:1. Podstawą reklamacji może być jedynie różnica pomiędzy fizyczną próbką, a zamówionym produktem, w tym konkretnym fragmencie tapety, o ile zamówienie tapety nastąpiło w ciągu 14 dni od dnia odbioru próbki, a sprawdzenie tapety nastąpiło niezwłocznie po odbiorze zamówienia.
- Kolorystyka próbek i tapet może nieco różnić się od kolorystyki zawartej w księgach wzorów.
- Reklamacje składane ze względu na różnice koloru bez wcześniejszego zamówienia próbek, nie będą uwzględniane.
- Próbka stanowi reprezentatywny przykład proporcji wzoru, jakości produktu, struktury materiału, jakości wydruku, ostrości rozmycia, tonacji kolorystycznej, oraz kolorystyki dla pojedynczych barw, które wystąpiły na próbce. Jeżeli klient na podstawie przesłanej próbki nie jest w stanie ocenić, czy spełnia ona jego oczekiwania względem efektu końcowego, powinien poprosić o wykonanie próbki innego wskazanego przez niego fragmentu tapety lub zrezygnować z zamówienia.
- Próbka jest wysyłana w formacie A3 i jest skondensowanym przykładem całości tapety, której docelowy wydruk przewidziany jest w wymiarze 500x300cm(wysokość), na próbce mogą być niewidoczne gradienty, przejścia kolorystyczne oraz pełna gama występujących na docelowej tapecie kolorów.
- Jeżeli z winy zamawiającego nastąpiło uszkodzenie fragmentu lub części tapety istnieje możliwość domówienia dodruku, reklamacje różnic kolorystycznych w przypadku dodruku, do wyprodukowanej już tapety nie będą uwzględniane.
- Braki w zamówieniu należy zgłaszać do 30 dni kalendarzowych po otrzymaniu zamówienia, po tym terminie reklamacje z tytułu niekompletnego zamówienia nie będą przyjmowane.
§ 8. Zwrot towaru
- Zgodnie z art. 27 ustawy z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. o prawach konsumenta konsument, który zawarł umowę na odległość lub poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa, może w terminie 14 dni odstąpić od niej bez podawania przyczyny i bez ponoszenia kosztów. Jednocześnie, zgodnie z treścią art. 38 pkt 3 ww. ustawy prawo odstąpienia od umowy zawartej poza lokalem przedsiębiorstwa lub na odległość nie przysługuje konsumentowi w odniesieniu do umowy, w której przedmiotem świadczenia jest rzecz nieprefabrykowana, wyprodukowana według specyfikacji konsumenta lub służąca zaspokojeniu jego zindywidualizowanych potrzeb.
- Sklep posiada w swojej ofercie przede wszystkim produkty wykonywane na indywidualne zamówienie m.in. tapety, fototapety, tapety obiektowe oraz biurowe (tapeta tablicowa, suchościeralna i magnetyczna docinane są na wymiar), produkty z działu Home Decor, produkty od Zięta Studio. W stosunku do tych produktów nie przysługuje prawo odstąpienia od umowy (zwrot) bez podawania przyczyny.
- Zwrotowi podlegają jedynie – jedwabne apaszki, poszewki na poduszki dostępne od ręki, produkty charytatywne – planery, apaszki, biżuteria oraz serduszka z żurawiem, kleje do tapet, lakier aquaceramic i izolator wilgoci oraz tapety w kształcie koła i łuku.
- Zwrot towaru jest możliwy tylko wówczas, gdy towar nie był używany, ani nie został w żaden sposób uszkodzony lub zniszczony.
- Zwracany towar należy odsyłać w opakowaniu gwarantującym dobre zabezpieczenie przed ewentualnym uszkodzeniem w transporcie (karton oraz folia bąbelkowa). Rekomendowane jest oznaczenie paczki adnotacją „zwrot” oraz dołączenie oświadczenia o odstąpieniu od umowy (przykładowy wzór stanowi Załącznik nr 1 do niniejszego Regulaminu, o ile oświadczenie nie zostało złożone w inny sposób) na adres sklepu: Wall Art. Sp. z o.o., ul. Ćwiczebna 4 51-180 Wrocław.
- Sklep gwarantuje zwrot kwoty ceny towaru oraz kosztów przesyłki; jeżeli Klient wybrał sposób dostarczenia rzeczy inny niż najtańszy zwykły sposób dostarczenia oferowany przez Sklep, Sklep zwraca jedynie zwrot kosztów najtańszej dostępnej dostawy. Pieniądze zostaną niezwłocznie zwrócone przelewem bankowym na konto wskazane przez Klienta. Zwrot przesłany na koszt odbiorcy nie będzie przyjmowany.
- Bezpośredni koszt zwrotu produktu w wyniku odstąpienia ponosi Klient. Jednocześnie Klient ponosi odpowiedzialność za zmniejszenie wartości produktu będące wynikiem korzystania z niego w sposób wykraczający poza konieczny do stwierdzenia charakteru produktu, jego cech lub funkcjonalności.
