For over two decades, Magdalena Rzepka has been passionately dedicated to wallpaper installation, combining flawless technique with an artistic sense of aesthetics. She has worked in the wallpapering industry for over 20 years and has run her own business since 2017. She gained her experience and knowledge while working in a wallpaper shop, where she learned about the characteristics of different materials and installation technologies.
She specializes in installing all types of wallpaper—from classic to vinyl, non-woven, and textile wallpapers. She handles both standard and unconventional projects, always with the utmost precision and attention to detail. She works with leading wallpaper manufacturers in Poland and abroad, and the quality of her work is confirmed by numerous recommended installer certificates.
Magdalena actively shares her experience by conducting training sessions and industry meetings with installers, architects, and interior designers. She continually expands her expertise by following the latest trends and technological solutions in wallpaper installation.
Her work is based on an individual approach and a thorough understanding of her clients’ needs. When working with Magdalena, clients can count not only on excellent execution but also on expert advice and access to recommended showrooms where they can see wallpaper structures and textures in person.

Maciej Kussy
Maciej Kussy is one of Poland’s most highly regarded experts in wallpaper and wall covering installation. For over 18 years, he has consistently developed his company, which is now the country’s largest team of specialists, carrying out projects in ten European countries. His professional journey began modestly—as an assistant in wallpaper installation. Over time, his passion, attention to detail, and exceptional precision made him an authority in the industry and a leader who sets new standards of quality.
A turning point in his career came in 2013, when his company became the first in Poland to undertake the installation of an innovative wet system—a project that other teams avoided because of its technological complexity. The project was completed successfully, opening up new opportunities for the company’s growth. In the following years, Maciej Kussy’s business expanded rapidly—from a small three-person team to twenty specialists carrying out the most demanding projects in Poland and abroad.
To date, he has worked with more than 750 architects from across Poland, and his company has been responsible for projects in the most prestigious residences, hotels, and apartments. These have also included projects for several people from the list of Poland’s 100 wealthiest individuals.
Thanks to his passion, knowledge, and innovative thinking, Maciej Kussy has become one of the industry’s key authorities. His name is now synonymous with professionalism, and every project confirms that perfection in the details can give an interior a truly exceptional character.
Kaza Concept - Kinga Szwej
Kinga Szwej, an interior architect and founder of the Kaza Concept studio, has been creating original designs since 2017, combining functionality with aesthetics tailored to clients’ needs. She graduated in architecture and urban planning, but found her professional passion in interior design—creating spaces that combine everyday comfort with timeless beauty.
Her work is guided by the principle that every good design begins with carefully considered functionality. She makes sure that every square metre of space is used to its full potential and that the interior layout is not only ergonomic but also aesthetically refined. Together with the experienced team of architects at Kaza Concept, she delivers private and commercial projects, creating interiors that harmoniously combine practicality and style.
In recent years, she has also successfully developed her own furniture designs, consistently building a distinctive brand known for its attention to detail, thoughtful design and modern approach to design.

A graduate of the Faculty of Architecture and Urban Planning at Warsaw University of Technology, for whom interior design is not merely a profession but a conscious mission. A designer, educator, and initiator of real change in the dialogue between the world of concepts and execution, she passionately builds bridges of understanding between architects, designers, and the construction industry, promoting a culture of collaboration based on knowledge, trust, and professionalism.
Co-creator of Construction Networking — a platform that brings designers, contractors, and suppliers together into a cohesive, supportive community, redefining standards for collaboration in the industry. Founder of the rapidly growing “Designer Friends” community — an inspiring online space bringing together tens of thousands of female designers, investors, and people carrying out renovations.
Author of the Designer Friends YouTube channel, where she passionately supports the development of women-led businesses in the world of design and interiors. Through education, authenticity, and practical experience, she consistently promotes the idea of conscious design, efficient execution, and boldly building one’s own brand in the creative industry.

Monika Staniec Interior Architect is a boutique design studio that has been creating interiors for over 16 years, always with the same attentiveness and care for detail. Each project is developed as an individual story—tailored to the place, its function, and the people who will use it. Years of experience have resulted in numerous private and commercial interior projects, founded on a coherent approach to aesthetics and functionality.
The brand was founded by Monika Staniec, a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where she earned a master’s degree in the Exhibition Space Design Studio. It was there that her approach to interiors as a tool for storytelling and creating experiences took shape. Today, this specialization is naturally reflected in projects for showrooms, retail stands, and beauty spaces, where emotions, brand image, and first impressions are key.
At the same time, the studio designs private houses and apartments, creating spaces tailored to the lifestyles and needs of their users. Thoughtful design, based on dialogue and understanding, makes it possible to create timeless interiors—coherent, functional, and full of character. This is interior architecture that does not follow passing trends, but consistently tells a well-designed story.
