Solid-color textured wallpapers, also known as vinyl wallcoverings, are products characterized primarily by their high durability. Our collection includes textured and fabric-effect wallpapers, and each design is available in a wide range of colors.

Vinyl wallcoverings offer a wide range of design options for both residential and public spaces. The minimum order is 3 m.

Installing object wallpaper is slightly different from traditional installation. Below is a file explaining the nuances of this art.

How to install object wallpaper.

Is special glue required to install object wallpaper?
Yes, it is necessary to use specialized glue for heavy wallpapers.

How to prepare the surface before gluing object wallpaper?
The substrate should be dry, clean, dust-free, perfectly smooth, and durable. The wall surface must not crumble. In the case of crumbling substrates, unstable parts should be removed and any gaps filled with a hard filler. The room temperature should not fall below 10ºC.

Can object wallpaper be placed on a painted wall?
Yes, but the wall must be mattified and made non-absorbent.

Is wall priming required?
Yes, before applying the veneer, the wall should be primed and made non-absorbent.

Should we glue the wallpapers "butt joint" or "overlap"?
Depending on the wallpaper type, the necessary information can be found in the installation instructions. Where the veneers meet, it is recommended to lightly paint the wall in a color similar to the veneer.

Do I need a special knife to cut veneer?
Definitely yes, a sharp knife is required, especially for veneers weighing more than 500g.

§ 7. Warranty and complaints

1. The purchased goods are covered by a 2-year warranty from the date of purchase.
2. The warranty covers the automatic peeling of the wallpaper from a properly prepared substrate for self-adhesive laminated wallpapers, including rolling at the edges. 
3. For self-adhesive laminated vinyl wallpapers, shrinkage of up to 3 mm is a natural phenomenon and is not covered by the warranty, unless it causes larger pieces of wallpaper to detach from the wall.
4. The warranty also covers automatic color loss of more than 5% compared to the color on the day of installation.
5. The product warranty does not cover installation or damage caused during installation, e.g. tears, abrasions, scratches, stretching of the material or incorrect fit of the panels.
6. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage to wallpaper in the form of scratches or holes in the wallpaper or wall.
7. The warranty does not cover mechanical damage resulting from scrubbing or using detergents on smooth non-woven fabrics and vinyl on non-woven fabrics. The only material resistant to scrubbing is self-adhesive laminated vinyl.

9. In the event of defective goods or errors in the execution of the order, the Store guarantees their replacement with undamaged or correct goods within 7 working days of accepting the complaint.
10. Products that are the subject of a complaint should be returned in packaging that guarantees good protection against possible damage during transport. It is recommended to mark the package with an annotation regarding the reason for the complaint. If the complaint is approved, the costs of returning the parcel will be refunded.
11. Unjustified complaints or damage resulting from improper use of the goods will not be considered. All costs associated with such cases are the responsibility of the Buyer.
12. Acceptance of the product card means final confirmation of the appearance, arrangement, size and proportions of the pattern, as well as confirmation of the selected material, technique for preparing joints between wallpaper strips and dividing the pattern into panels.
13. Complaints submitted due to the content of the order (e.g. material, design, size, method of assembly) after acceptance of the product card will not be taken into account.
14. Before application, each wallpaper should be checked on a flat surface for color, joint, and pattern matching, including overlaps (for wallpapers on self-adhesive laminated vinyl). Complaints submitted after application, without checking the wallpaper on a flat surface, will not be accepted. Installation constitutes acceptance of the product's technical and visual condition. In the event of mismatched patterns or colors between the panels, complaints should be submitted before application by taking photos and sending them to reklamacje@wallart.com.pl.
15. We do not produce metallic wallpapers. The gold, silver, and copper colors are printed, imitating the colors of gold, silver, and copper.
16. Any shipments sent at the expense of Wall Art Sp. z o. o. based in Wrocław will not be accepted.
17. Individual device settings may cause differences between the product's visualization on the Customer's computer and the actual product appearance (color, proportions, etc.). This does not constitute grounds for complaint.
18. Customers have the right to order a sample to check the material texture, color, and graphic quality. The A3 sample shows the overall appearance (arrangement and proportions) of the pattern, scaled down for a 3x4m or 3x5m wall (for the 2021 collection), and a 1:1 fragment for a 3x4m or 3x5m wall (for the 2021 collection). A 1:1 sample for the target wall size can be ordered upon the customer's express request. The sample is only a fragment of the target wallpaper, which is a mural (not a repeating pattern). It is not possible for the sample to contain the entire pattern for the entire wall at a 1:1 scale. A complaint can only be based on a difference between the physical sample and the ordered product, in that specific section of the wallpaper, provided the wallpaper was ordered within 14 days of receiving the sample and the wallpaper was checked immediately after receiving the order.
19. The colours of the samples and wallpapers may differ slightly from those contained in the pattern books.
20. Complaints submitted due to color differences without prior ordering of samples will not be considered.
21. The sample is a representative example of the pattern proportions, product quality, material texture, print quality, blur sharpness, color tone, and the color range of individual colors used in the sample. If the customer is unable to assess whether the submitted sample meets their expectations for the final result, they should request a sample of another wallpaper section of their choice or cancel the order.
22. The sample is sent in A3 format and is a condensed example of the entire wallpaper, the target print size of which is 500x300cm (height); the sample may contain invisible gradients, color transitions and the full range of colors present on the target wallpaper.
23. If, due to the fault of the ordering party, a fragment or part of the wallpaper has been damaged, it is possible to order a reprint; complaints about color differences in the case of a reprint of wallpaper that has already been produced will not be accepted.
24. Any deficiencies in the order must be reported within 30 calendar days of receiving the order; after this time, complaints regarding incomplete orders will not be accepted.
    

§ 8. Return of goods

1. Pursuant to Article 27 of the Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights, a consumer who has entered into a distance or off-premises contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving any reason and at no cost. At the same time, pursuant to Article 38, point 3 of the aforementioned Act, the right to withdraw from a contract concluded off-premises or at a distance does not apply to a consumer in relation to a contract where the subject of the contract is a non-prefabricated item, manufactured according to the consumer's specifications or intended to meet their individual needs.
2. The store offers mainly products made to individual order. These include wallpapers, photo wallpapers, commercial and office wallpapers (blackboard, dry-erase, and magnetic wallpapers are cut to size), products from the Home Decor department, and products from Zięta Studio. With respect to these products, the right to withdraw from the contract (return) is not available without giving a reason.
3. Only silk scarves, pillowcases available immediately, charity products – planners, scarves, jewellery and hearts with a crane, wallpaper adhesives, aquaceramic varnish and moisture insulator, and circular and arc-shaped wallpapers are eligible for return.
4. Return of goods is only possible if the goods have not been used and have not been damaged or destroyed in any way.
5. Returned goods should be sent in packaging that provides good protection against possible damage in transit (cardboard and bubble wrap). It is recommended to mark the package with the note "return" and attach a declaration of withdrawal from the contract (an example template is provided in Appendix 1 to these Regulations, unless the declaration was submitted otherwise) to the store address: Wall Art Sp. z o. o., ul. 6. The Store guarantees a refund of the price of the goods and shipping costs. If the Customer chooses a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by the Store, the Store will only refund the cost of the cheapest available delivery. The money will be refunded immediately by bank transfer to the account specified by the Customer. Returns sent at the recipient's expense will not be accepted.
7. The direct cost of returning the product as a result of withdrawal is borne by the Customer. The Customer is also responsible for any diminished value of the product resulting from use beyond what is necessary to establish the product's nature, characteristics, or functionality.
