Eldorado is an abstract interpretation of an urban landscape, featuring distinct geometric forms and a dominant, raw color palette. The pattern’s background is rendered in golden shades, lending the composition elegance and contrasting with the darker, more subdued colors that dominate the lower section. The main part of Eldorado presents a complex, multilayered structure reminiscent of buildings and urban constructions. This section is dominated by shades of black, white, and gray, with subtle beige accents. Eldorado has a strong industrial character, making it a perfect fit for modern, loft-style interiors. Its rawness and geometric quality can create an intriguing contrast in more minimalist arrangements, adding depth and distinctiveness. Thanks to its golden background, the artwork also gains an elegant quality, which can make it an interesting accent in more classic interiors.
The pattern was created by Małgorzata Wójcik, a native of Wrocław and a graduate of the Academy of Fine Arts, where she studied in the Glass Department. She has worked with stained glass and furniture restoration. In recent years, she has devoted herself entirely to painting, which for her is an ongoing journey of exploration and discovery. The central themes in her work are the changing nature of the natural world, the dynamism of the city, and feminine emotionality. She presents all these motifs in an unconventional way that stimulates the imagination.
