Laura Zubel-Stoły , co-founder of the Muural brand, is a trained interior designer who combines design experience with a passion for creating paintings and graphics. Her works are always created with harmony in mind – Laura ensures that each format and composition perfectly complements the given space, ensuring that the final effect beautifully complements the interior's character. She also advises on display, suggesting how to hang art to create atmosphere and enhance the unique ambiance of the room.
Born in Katowice in 1992, she has lived and worked in Silesia for years. She holds a Master of Fine Arts degree and her work stems from a fascination with the complexities of human nature. The distinctive earthy, beige palette she employs in her works evokes naturalness and harmony with the surroundings.
In her artwork, she often depicts female silhouettes—symbolic, emotional, and full of meaning. Each is her own interpretation of a particular emotion, behavior, or cultural identity, creating art that not only decorates but also tells stories encapsulated in minimalist, moving forms.
