"Nux" is an abstract composition with a distinctly painterly, almost raw character. The pattern consists of horizontal stripes and rectangular planes with varied textures – from soft, almost chalky abrasions to dense, dark layers resembling patinated metal or earthy clay. The overall effect brings to mind structural paintings by contemporary artists who combine painting with matter – blurring the lines between canvas and space. "Nux" balances between gesture and control, randomness and composition – creating a background that does not dominate but builds a deep, calm atmosphere in the interior.
