Lestes features a subtle motif of dragonflies hovering over a delicately textured background, rendered in shades of grey, beige, and cream. The dragonflies are drawn with thin, precise lines, adding lightness and an ethereal quality to the composition. The background of the image is rich with subtle, organic patterns and splatters, creating a layered and deep effect. Lestes perfectly complements arrangements inspired by nature, Scandinavian minimalism, and boho style. Its delicate color palette and organic motifs bring peace and harmony to interiors, perfectly matching neutral, light walls and natural materials such as wood, linen, or cotton.
The pattern was created by Laura Zubel-Stoły, who works under the pseudonym Muural. Born in Katowice in 1992, she still lives and creates in Silesia. She holds a master's degree in fine arts. She is inspired by her fascination with complex human nature. Her characteristic earthy, beige color palette refers to naturalness. Her graphics often depict female figures that embody her vision of a single emotion, behavior, or country of origin.
