Este is an abstract pattern in shades of grey and black, with a distinct gradient effect and scattered small specks that give it the look of greyed rain or dimness. This type of graphic can be a modern and stylish decoration, ideal for interiors with a minimalist, industrial, or loft character. The raw, somewhat mysterious mood of Este can perfectly complement furniture in neutral colours, metallic accents, and raw materials such as concrete or brick. It can be used as a dominant element on one of the living room walls, creating a contrast with bright accessories that will enliven the space. In the bedroom, it can also introduce an intimate, quiet atmosphere, especially when paired with soft textiles in similar shades, which will further emphasise its depth.
The author of the design is Magdalena Głodek. Her paintings are a link between two worlds: her inner world as an artist and the world that surrounds her. She is inspired by female emotions, and she feels a need to capture them and enclose them in some form. She loves understatement and likes to leave the heroines of her works in mid-sentence.
In her paintings, she tries to transfer to canvas the most true, emotional side of the female soul. She collaborates with galleries; most of her works are commissioned by private collectors.
