Mall is an architectural drawing of the Wertheim department store, today known as Renoma. The Wertheim company from Berlin had plans for building a modern, monumental department store in Wrocław already before World War I. It was finally built in 1930 and expanded in 2009. The new part of Renoma refers to the character of the historic building with horizontal facade divisions and continues Hermann Dernburg's original concept, creating a new quality from both combined parts.
The Renoma department store is one of the flagship works of European modernism in the Art Deco style. The Mall design will not only make the room optically larger but will also delight with the monochromatic ombre color scheme used by the artist.
The author of the design is Kamil Siudziński, born in Wrocław in 1983. A computer graphic designer by profession, an artist by passion. He creates contemporary art, simultaneously pushing his own boundaries, not limiting himself to one style, theme, or medium. In his works, he depicts people, nature, and architecture.
The circular wallpapers are designed as decorations with a diameter of 130 cm or slightly smaller if additional elements such as flowers, wings, or other details protrude from the design.
The wallpaper is easy to apply, requires no glue, and can be used not only on walls but also on furniture.
