Born in Wrocław, the artist has been developing her artistic path for years, drawing on a rich educational background: first at the State Secondary School of Fine Arts, majoring in jewelry, and then at the Academy of Fine Arts in Wrocław, where she graduated in 2003 with a degree in Glass, enriched with a painting annex. After graduation, she explored various media—from stained glass to furniture restoration—but painting became her closest form of expression. Today, she views it as a space for exploration, tranquility, and the development of a personal artistic language.
She is primarily inspired by nature: the changing seasons, moods, and colors, which subtly permeate her paintings. She is equally influenced by the city – its rhythm, architecture, industrial elements, and details, which she transforms into unconventional, abstract forms. She prefers when the painterly fabric plays the leading role, leaving the viewer room for interpretation. Her work also includes a series of female portraits, the artist's most realistic, expressing emotions through familiar, relatable forms.
Creating beautiful objects has always been her natural inclination – today, she dreams of art increasingly entering interiors, accompanying people daily and building a dialogue with them. Her works combine a personal perspective on the world with an openness to the viewer, becoming an invitation to a sensitive, mindful engagement with art.
